FLASCO

Start: November 8, 2024 7:30 AM (ET)

End: November 9, 2024  3:45 PM (ET)

SCHEQ is attending and speaking at the 4th Florida Society of Clinical Oncology (FLASCO) Cancer Disparities & Health Equity Summit. This time it was in Tampa, as compared to South Florida. Equal access to care, equal outcomes, and representative biomarker testing and trials is still lacking. FLASCO brings together oncology leaders in cancer disparities & health equity to advance understanding and promote their elimination. Cancer disparities represent a significant public health problem in FL and the country. This conference has clinical data, research, and approaches to address disparities. It is also of benefit to stakeholders including patient advocates, oncologists, oncology nurses, social workers, industry, and pharmacists.
