This is part of the Community Listening Sessions on Lung Cancer Screening that are organized by the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute – Wayne State University Office of Cancer Health Equity & Community Engagement (OCHECE). This session is part of OCHECE’s commitment to listening to the needs of their communities to understand what they can do help those at higher risk of lung cancer to engage with their health care providers about lung cancer screening. In groups with high risk of lung cancer, screening can result in early detection and increase survival.
